Suffolk Coastal Port Health Authority
The overarching review for the delivery of the service plan is undertaken by East
Su昀昀olk Council.
Su昀昀olk Coastal Port Health Authority (SCPHA) also runs an ongoing performance
monitoring programme to capture more localised feedback.
Corporate Health and Safety
The Corporate Health and Safety Team meets fortnightly and has scheduled reviews of
the internal team workplan which feeds into Our Direction 2028 Strategic Plan.
The Corporate Health and Safety Team reports to Corporate Leadership Team (CLT)
annually on achievements and matters of concern.
